And with a choice of classes available every day, you can jump in, leave your stress at the door, make new friends, and find your next challenge.
TEAM SPIRIT + REAL GAINS
If you’re new to the gym, our classes are also a great way to learn new exercises and try new types of training, alongside experienced coaches. They also act as signposts on your fitness journey, providing weekly feedback on your overall progress.
Want to focus on obesity, diabetes, hypertension or high cholesterol? We’ll make sure our high-octane sessions work for you, too.


WHY GROUP WORKOUTS WORK
It’s no secret. We work harder when we train together and urge each other on. We’re also less likely to drop out (and more likely to keep turning up) when we train with the same, regular gym crew.
If you’re looking to build an effective workout into your busy schedule, our dynamic classes are ideal for ramping up your cardio, working on weight loss, building muscle tone and a host of other fitness goals.

The formula for high intensity
These short, high intensity sessions are designed to get you moving and sweating in a friendly, dynamic atmosphere. Featuring an engaging hit of cardio, combined with bodyweight exercises, our SWEAT23 classes are perfect for getting your heart pumping.
But don’t let that put you off. You don’t have to be fit to fit in here. Just turn up and join in. Trust us, together we’ll get to the finish line.

The formula for strength and conditioning
If strength and conditioning is your thing, this is the class for you. Part cardiovascular workout, part strength training, UNITY combines kettlebells, dumbbells and bodyweight exercises to give your muscles, heart and lungs a challenging 40+ minute workout.
While UNITY is all about working at peak intensity, we also take care to tailor these sessions to your personal abilities and fitness goals. Try it and get the best of both worlds.

What is SGPT?
SGPT stands for Small Group Personal Training. It combines the tailored support of 1-on-1 personal training with the energy and camaraderie of group workouts.
Our signature 1:4 strength-based sessions are carefully designed to deliver maximum results. You get the expert coaching you need, with the added motivation of training alongside a small, like-minded group.
What is Team Training?
Team Training is included for FREE with all memberships.
These are our larger group classes, including SWEAT23, UNITY, and STRETCH. Each session is designed to be short and flexible, so you can fit them easily into your busy schedule. Plus, they’re all about building strength, stamina, and a stronger sense of Comm-Unity!

How can I achieve my fitness goals?
At Unity23, your results speak for themselves. Whether you want to lose fat, gain muscle, or simply feel your best, we tailor every session to fit your goals. Our expert coaches adapt the training to your needs, so whatever your target, we’ve got you covered.
What times can I train?
We offer sessions throughout the day to fit your schedule. You can join us for early morning sessions from 6:30 to 8:30, lunchtime at 12:30, and evening sessions from 5:00 to 7:00. Just book in whenever works best for you!
Is it beginner-friendly?
Absolutely! Our expert coaches are here to guide you every step of the way, from warm-up to cool-down, no matter your experience level. Just show up, and we’ll take care of the rest.
