BOOSTED ENERGY + CONFIDENCE

Women’s fitness is all too often influenced by the latest social media fads and trends. Or worse still, seen as a diluted version of the men’s programme.

However at Unity, fitness for women means a tailored programmed of proven basics and an approach designed to enhance your health and wellbeing for years to come.

A MORE HOLISTIC VIEW OF WOMEN’S FITNESS

Our welcoming fitness community and experienced coaches are here to give you the healthier, stronger body you want, boost your confidence and reenergise your whole outlook on life.

Want to get stronger, but worried about bulking up? Don’t be. We’ll show you how to integrate resistance training into your everyday routine, make the most of your own bodyweight, and move on to kettlebells, dumbbells, cables and barbells.

UNITY IS INDIVIDUAL

While we’re immensely proud of our fitness community, your personal fitness is always our priority.

At the start of your journey, we take time to understand your goals, then structure our workouts to match.

And whether you’re boosting your fitness and stamina in our team training classes, or working on your strength training, we’ll make sure you have a great time doing it.

If you’re a gym beginner, we’ll encourage you to join our small group sessions, which reduces any likelihood of injury. Then, as your fitness and movement improves, we’ll gradually introduce more variety and intensity to your training.

This sustainable approach to fitness ensures regular progress and lasting results.

UNITY IS COMMUNAL

Feeling like you don’t belong is a familiar experience for many women gym goers. But not at Unity. Our inclusive community of likeminded people lets you progress in a supportive and judgement-free environment.

From your close-knit gym crew to our inspiring team of coaches, there will always be someone on hand to pick you up and push you onwards.

You’ll also have the peace of mind of knowing that you’re a member of a gym where everybody knows your name, and you’re always welcome – whether you’re working out, working, or just popping in for a coffee.
